Healing starvation

It is wrong when people are starving though at the same time it is wrong when people are eating anything they see and anything they like. When people are too greedy from the point of view of eating, they will soon face a number of problems they will have to solve. And there will be no better way for them than starvation. Starvation may cause a great damage for you, but at the same time starvation may be a medication for you, for example, in case you were not to moderate as for the eating during a week, there is nothing wrong in one day of starvation for you. Just let your body and stomach have a rest of all those things you put in them and let them get rid of the whole harmful stuff. Starvation may be a treatment though this treatment needs a doctor who can control it and a doctor who can keep his or her eye on you. It is in case the starvation is a treatment, though nothing terrible will happen to you because of one day of starvation without the help and control of doctor. Starvation may kill and starvation may heal.

Keeping diet

Those diet-keepers are crazy people, in most cases, and they are people that know nothing about healthy nutrition and the stuff their bodies need for operating. And in most cases, when keeping a diet, they simply deprive themselves of everything they really need but they eat foods that are of no use. And with this nutrition they do more of harm for their health. See, people think that diet means less of foods, but indeed diet means less of harmful foods and more of healthy foods and the balance of necessary substances like proteins and fats and the whole acids stuff. When keeping a diet people have to care about not to lose the necessary quantity of protein and about not to replace those proteins with unnecessary fats, though in most cases that is exactly what they do. Diet is a great deal and that is why it takes skilful people to create a diet and to make up your mind about whether this one is an appropriate for you. Consult the skilful specialists before you make up your mind about necessary and healthy diet.

Nutrition for losing weight

In most cases people think that the best nutrition for them in case they want to lose some weight is starvation, but, they are so terribly wrong about it. See, losing weight means that you get rid of all those excess fats you have, but in case you are starving you will get the effect which is polarity for what you were going to. When starving your body burns more muscles than fats because it needs the energy and there is no energy in fats, but there is energy in proteins. So, your body burns proteins out and then replaces the muscle gaps with fats, and that is how you get even worse. In case you need to lose your weight it will take the balance in food of you, you have to know about the whole stuff you need to it in order not to deprive your body of necessary gasoline and in order to help it burn fats. The more you move – the more of fats are burned and so in case you need to lose some weight you have to combine healthy nutrition and physical exercises at the same time. Eat more vegetables and fruits and those foods full of proteins.

Balance is the whole core

It is true that we need food for living, though we need the right food for living, you know. Here it is all about the balance of all those nutritious substances. You know that people need all those proteins and fat acids and other acids for their bodies. Though, in order to get the necessary quantity of those people have to balance the food they eat. In case you buy some foods there is always an explanation on package and you can learn about the content of proteins and fats and all those acids there. And you have to be acknowledged about the necessary and important dose of those for a person per day. In this case you can get the balance of those substances, in this case you can get that important balance of those., and you can also ask for the help of those people that deal with nutrition and they can give some pieces of advice for you and in this case you will have the diet perfect for you, and this diet will supply you with the necessary quantity of important substances you need in this life from the point of view of nutrition.

The fast and the tasty

Sure it is all about the food people eat because they have no time for cooking and they have no time for common food. They visit those fast-food restaurants in case they are starving and they have those burgers there. There is nothing wrong with those burgers in case you have those once a month or something, though those are rather dangerous and harmful in case you always replace your meals with those. There is nothing healthy and nutritious in those foods and so it is just the killed starving you have when eating those. But, you get not enough of proteins and fats and acids and so on and so forth. So, it is not a wonder that those fast-food restaurants lovers always have problems with their stomachs and their weight. There is no way for people to survive with the help of burgers only. They need just-cooked food because it is the healthy food sand it really supplies their organisms, unlike all those tasty and fast foods people like to have for breakfast and suppers and dinners. They have to refuse those, otherwise there will be problems.

Breakfast makes the day

Most people have no time for breakfast in the morning because they need more time for sleep. And so they sacrifice breakfast for the sake of sleep. And that is why when wake up in the morning they usually have a cup of coffee and they are rushing to their works. Though, with such a sacrifice they cause a great damage to their bodies. Breakfast is the main meal during a day. Breakfast supplies your body with the whole stuff it needs for normal operating during a day. Missed breakfasts will soon condition the obesity and other problems with weight. When you are starving you need at least a tiny something to put in your belly and that is why you eat all those candies and the whole sweets-stuff. So, you replace common and necessary stuff with a harmful one and that is why you will have all those obesity problems. People should never miss their breakfasts and they must have porridge for the breakfast every day. Porridge supplies your body with everything it needs and porridge also protects your stomach of damage.

It is a necessary supply

Sure, nutrition is a necessary supply and it is supply for our body and it is a supply for our organism. This machine of us needs all the stuff to be in order and to operate the right way, as the matter of fact. And there is another way for this machine to get everything it needs, except the way of nutrition. And we are people responsible for the stuff we supply this vitally important machine with. We are the people responsible for it and so in case we have some problems with our health and or organism’s operation, there are no other creatures to blame this on except us. We have to care about those foods we eat and we have to care about those foods were provided with the whole necessary stuff. And that is why we need an advice of dietologist who can tell us about the whole stuff we should it in order to provide our organisms with the whole necessary stuff, you know. And there is no way for us to neglect and ignore those pieces of advice, because we can damage our organisms with such a behavior.

Food Poisoning Causes and Signs

Sometimes there are cases when we suddenly poison our bodies with food that we eat – this food is either not fresh or has been kept in the wrong place or under wrong conditions, certain products or foods are just not for eating (some mushrooms) etc. Food poisoning is a quite wide-spread condition, however, it’s rather dangerous and sometimes even fatal for some people. For instance, botulism may lead to paralysis…

Common signs of food poisoning are sickness, vomiting, stomachache, diarrhea. More severe symptoms that usually accompany the latter range are high temperature, sudden body shuddering, dehydration, and eventually a mental damage. There are cases when a group of people have similar food poisoning symptoms due to the fact that they have eaten the same poisoned product/food (e.g. mushrooms) – this case is called an outbreak.

The causes of food poisoning are different. The main ones of them is improper preparation of products, their incorrect storage matters, wrong packaging, wrong temperature; plus, you may poison yourself with food if you eat it with unwashed (infection-friendly) hands!

The issue of prophylactics of food poisoning is vitally important. In order to do it, follow the simple rules I’m gonna share with you. First, wash your hands thoroughly before touching what you will eat. Then, make sure you store the leftovers properly; don’t touch them with unwashed hands, make sure you wash your hands even when you touch raw meat or eggs.

As for treatment of food poisoning, as a rule it disappears in a few days after the main display of symptoms without any need to discuss the issue with your physician. But in case you notice that you feel especially wrong after you have eaten something (which is obviously wrong as well) – rush to your doctor.

The Importance of Rational Nutrition

What is rational nutrition? Let me explain it to you by supplying a vivid example of the situation which is an antipode of rational nutrition. Do you think it’s normal not to eat during the whole day and then, when your body is worn out and craving food desperately enough, hypnotically run to the fridge in the middle of the night? Do you think it’s normal not to put sugar in your tea or coffee thinking that your previously gobbled several doughnuts will just go up in smoke inside your body? Of course, these female tricks that ladies perform to their health can scarcely be called rational nutrition. It’s understandable that in such a way women want to lose weight in the fastest way possible, but these radical measures don’t work (read: work against them) let alone the fact that they bring harm to a woman’s health. Taking into account all these vivid examples of non-sensible nutrition and harm it brings to a person’s health, I just cannot but tell you how important it is to eat rationally. What exactly does rational eating mean? First and foremost, it means eating healthy food – the one that contains all the useful elements and substances as well as vitamins. Of course, it also suggests complete refusal from fast food and all possible unhealthy products and beverages (excessive alcohol drinking does count here too!) Eating rationally also equals eating according to a certain regimen. You may miss breakfast thinking that it will help you lose weight faster, but believe me you will eagerly catch up during dinner. This approach of a desperate housewife won’t work, that’s why it’s better to eat less but more frequently. Remember that your general health depends on rationality of your eating habits and do something constructive about it. Work on the healthiness of your nutrition and the payoff will come in due time.

Nuts and Your Healthy Nutrition

Did you know that eating nuts as a part of your well-balanced diet is very beneficial for your health? No? Indeed, some people genuinely think that nuts are fattening (calories plus fat) and contain cholesterol which is even harmful. These are some of the most well known misconceptions regarding the pseudo-damage to a person’s nutrition and i.e. general health.

Some of you may be aware of nuts’ positive influence on your health but I’m sure you would feel at a loss if were asked to explain all the reasons why exactly nuts are so healthy. I’m here to open your eyes to this very issue.

So, nuts greatly contribute to your healthy nutrition because… First and foremost, they (many types of them) contain such vitamins and nutrients as protein, zinc, magnesium, calcium and Vitamin E, copper, thiamin, phosphorus etc.

Secondly, fats that nuts contain are unsaturated. Without going into tricky medical terminology, I’ll just say that this helps a person’s body save the so-called ‘friendly cholesterol and say good-bye to cholesterol which doesn’t manifest any friendly intentions. Nuts do not contain cholesterol despite all the myths which state the opposite.

It’s vital to note that people who regularly eat nuts (add them to their food or drinks) without forgetting about other healthy food reduce their chances of having a heart attack or cancer – due to antioxidants and other super-healthy substances nuts contain.

Moreover, specialists in nutrition say that nuts contain a great deal of healthy ‘ingredients’ of an effective and healthy weight-loss program. Mind that in order nuts to bring benefits to your health you must not over-react with eating them – just a few nuts per day will be enough to fill your diet with myriad of healthy substances.
